Which means no hot water, no heating no TV and worst of all, no internet. If it wasn't for my paper automata I don't know what I'd do.

The solution was evevn simpler than that. All I had to do was flick the reset button. Unfortunately, I didn't know that, and I had to get an elelcrician in to show me. He charged me £80 for 6 seconds work. Not a good day.
